Annual Subscription
All the members find this the most regretable aspect of the Club.
Unfortunately we are not sponsored by any other group, though if somebody has loadsamoney then contact the
secretary who will be delighted to talk to you! Otherwise, there is an annual membership fee payable from September each year to cover the cost of administering the various events and the newsletter.
The membership fee is currently £10.00 for an individual and £20.00 for a family.

Bookings...
...for each weekend can be taken from the first week of the preceding month at the pub meet at The Post Office Arms or by contacting the Booking Secretary (see below for details) or by phone afterwards. Bookings are made on a first come first served basis. If a weekend is full, a reserve list is drawn up. Should anyone drop out and beds become available the Booking Secretary will contact the first person on the reserve list. Top

Cancellation:
If you have booked a place on a weekend and drop out after the Friday before the event or don't turn up at the centre, we may have to charge you the standard cost for the weekend. This is in fairness to other group members and because food would have already been bought and accommodation paid for. Top
-
Transport:
We try to put people in contact with other people attending a weekend to help fill cars and reduce costs. Parking at some centres is restricted. Please let the Booking Secretary know if you need or can offer a lift. Top
-
Food:
Let the Booking Secretary know well in advance of the weekend of any dietary requirements so that arrangements can be made to accommodate your needs. Top
